Thank you for your purchase. Atlantic Electronics is a full repair/recycle service center. We are glad you chose us. Most of our merchandise is either used and pulled from working units (tested) or refurbished by our trained techs. Shipping and handling fees are standard and comply with any and all carriers. RETURNS: We do accept returns and offer free return shipping on EVERY order. All we ask is that you meet these simple conditions: (1) Make sure that you are ordering the right part! If the item is returned as “ordered by mistake” or “doesn’t fit”, there will be a restocking fee applied up to 20%. If you are unsure that you are ordering the right part, please message us and we will verify the part for you. (2) In the event that you are returning a part that is assumed to be in good working condition, make sure to reaffix the anti-static tubing (if applicable), and do your best to return it how you received it. We understand that sometimes our packing will limit this, and we will offer exception in these instances. If a part that is returned in good working condition is not packed properly, resulting in the item not being relisted for sale, there will be a restocking fee of 20%. (3) Each of our boards has a unique signature, so be sure that you are not returning your defective/damaged parts in the place of our boards! In the event that a board is returned without a signature, you will be prompted to return the correct board, and will be required to cover shipping on the second return. Until we receive the correct board(s), no refund will be issued.
