SVETLANA KT88 MATCHED QUAD NEW, RARE SED WINGED =C= St. Petersburg AUTHENTIC NOS These are the original rare Svetlana KT88s made in the St. Petersburg factory in Russia. We purchased a case of these tubes brand new in January 2001 from the Svetlana Distributor. They are new, unused, in their original boxes. You can tell these are the original Winged =C= KT88s by the square holes in the plates, the shoulders on the glass globes, and the Winged =C= logo on the boxes. These tubes were retested at the Granite Audio Factory on a restored & calibrated TV7-D/U tube tester. They all test 58 as marked on the box labels. Please note the photo showing the actual tubes you are buying. Each tube has a 4-digit number printed on it by the Svetlana Factory just below their logo. These numbers are reprinted on the photo in large red numbers. We bought these tubes as an available upgrade to the JJ-KT88 tubes that we shipped standard with our world famous Granite Audio Model 864SR Silver Reference Monoblocks that list for $7,500.00 pair. The tubes listed here on Ebay are overstock from that January 2001 purchase. So, they are at least 23 years old. While these tubes are NOS, NIB, and tested; we cannot offer any warranty of any kind. These tubes are being SOLD AS-IS. They will, of course, be carefully packed and shipped fully insured, should anything happen to them during transport.
