0.03 uF 400V 10% Silver PIO capacitor paper in oil vintage ussr RARE NOS 10pcs Soviet capacitors with aluminum foil and insulation paper saturated with oil (PIO). The capacitors are ceramic cylinder body, hermetically sealed, with one-way flat terminals. They work in loops with constant, variable and riple current. Offered capacitors are NOS. The flaw is their size vs capacitance and voltage values unless you have room to mount them. Larger size means larger weight and that builds up shipping costs. Be noted the paint color may differ from what you see in the image above. They are nice electrically despite the age.
