Up for sale here is this complete replacement lighting set for the Pioneer SX-450. You will receive: Three (3) warm white LED wedge lamps (for the tuning dial light diffuser) Two (2) wired 4mm warm white LEDs (for the power light & FM stereo light) These are top-quality bulbs, and are the exact same ones I use when I rebuild Pioneer gear. These are top-of-the-line lights–I love using them! The warm white LED wedge lamps will give a nice clear white glow–they’re a little brighter than the original incandescent bulbs. The LEDs will last forever and will run much cooler than the original incandescent bulbs, so they won’t damage the vinyl case covering the way incandescents can. If you want this kit with all incandescent lamps instead, I have that kit available here. You will need a soldering iron, wire cutters, needlenose pliers, and a Philips screwdriver. Be very careful not to damage the tuning dial cord when you’re soldering! If you wrap the dial cord in aluminum foil ahead of time, that will help protect it. In order to replace the original soldered-in dial diffuser bulbs with the wedge LEDs, you can either just solder them to the old wires, or you can pull the bulbs out of the plastic wedge mounts and solder directly to the wires–that’s what I do. Use as replacement risers and feet for the Collins S-Line (KWM-2A, 30L-1, 312B-5, 51S-1, 32S-3, and more) and Heathkit SB-line (SB-101) radio equipment. Replace old or missing feet with new ones. The riser and foot combination may also be used on Yaesu equipment. They are the proper size, but two pieces instead of the single plastic riser used by Yaesu. The foot riser is constructed of black polyproylene plastic and offers an alternative replacement of the original metal riser found on Collins equipment. The riser measures 0.703in (H) x 1.010 in (D) at its top tapering to 0.760 in (D) at its base. The feet are constructed of high quality thermoplastic black rubber material, and measure 0.437in (H) x 0.75 in (D) at its top tapering to 0.628 in (D) at its base.
