Up for sale here is this complete rebuild kit for a Technics SU-7700 amplifier. This includes replacements for ALL the electrolytic capacitors in the amp, even the two big main filter capacitors. It also includes a new relay and replacements for the 8 transistors that are most likely to go bad. The 2SA798 dual transistors are each replaced with a pair of KSA992 transistors. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The main capacitors are Nichicon VR 10000 uf 50v caps, and the other capacitors are Nichicon PW, Nichicon KL, Panasonic FC, and Wima film caps. The transistors are the correct Fairchild/Onsemi subs for the original transistors. These are extremely high-quality parts, and they are what I use when I rebuild vintage equipment. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but rebuilding an amplifier is moderately complicated, and you should know what you’re doing and have a decent soldering iron and a dim-bulb tester with a 60W or 100W incandescent bulb. Up for sale here is this rebuild kit for a Pioneer SX-727. This includes all the parts you need to rebuild the Pioneer SX-727 power supply board, protection board, amplifier board, phono EQ board, preamp board, and tuner board, plus it includes upgraded replacement main capacitors and a new relay. This does not include new lights, fuses, or output transistors. The correct replacement output transistors are two MJ21195G (replaces 2SA649) and two MJ21196G (replaces 2SD323/2SD388), available here. Sansui AU-719 Complete Rebuild Kit High-Quality Recap Set Transistors Relay
Up for sale here is this rebuild kit for the Sansui AU-719 amplifier. This includes all the parts you need to rebuild a Sansui AU-719, and includes the correct size replacement main filter capacitors, bypass caps for the main filters, a new relay, replacements for the fuse resistors, and replacements for the dreaded “Black Flag” capacitors. This does not include replacement driver or output transistors. This kit includes replacements for all electrolytic capacitors in the receiver, including the four large chassis-mount capacitors, which are upgraded to new 15000 uf 63v Kemet caps. The new caps are the same diameter as the old ones so they will fit the old clamps perfectly. The kit also includes replacements for almost all the transistors on all the boards. Transistors frequently age worse than the capacitors, so you have to replace them when you’re doing a rebuild. Replacements for the driver board trimmers and many of the zener diodes and MV12 diodes are also included. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts, the same ones I use when I rebuild vintage equipment. Nakamichi ZX-5 Cassette Deck Ultimate Restoration Kit – Wima, OnSemi, Nichicon
While our kit replaces all electrolytic and tantalum capacitors in this Nakamichi deck, some Nakamichi’s have “orange cap disease” that this kit does not address. Nakamichi used a bad batch of polypropylene orange caps at one point. While a problem in the decks that used them, it is far from universal. If your deck has them, you may need to replace those as well. Again, this is NOT a problem with every Nakamichi deck or even every deck of a particular model. This kit restores and upgrades this deck. Wima Film Caps are used to replace all caps of 4.7uf or smaller. All other electrolytics are replaced with high quality Nichicon UKW or Panasonic FC caps. Superior to other kit suppliers (Wima film caps sound better, transistors replacing known problematic one’s) our kit will bring out the best in your deck! Pictures show the Mother board and power supply board replacement parts, parts for all other boards are included as well. Parts are bagged by board The kit replaces electrolytic and tant caps with high quality new ones sourced via reputable USA distributors like Digikey and Mouser. We have compiled parts lists for well over 200 units for units from Marantz, Technics, Pioneer, Sansui, Harman Kardon, etc. We do not sell kits for tube gear currently. If the service manual is wrong (it does happen) we will ship you out the correct parts free of charge. The same is true if we make a mistake in compiling the kit ( I hope not but just in case). We want this process to go smoothly for you. Included is a two page instruction/guidance sheet with some helpful hints. It is not a step by step guide. But, with it, the service manual, our part number labeled parts list you will have everything you need to get the job done.
