I am using these Teac washer set in my own X700R deck with no issues, but if the tensioner rollers are installed wrong or backwards then it will cause binding of the rollers as I had found out for myself lol.

Pioneer CT-2121 Wood Cabinet Cassette Deck in Box with Manual
This listing is for a Pioneer CT-2121 Wood Cabinet Cassette Deck (VL3637826) in box with manual. This was tested. Play worked momentarily, then ceased to work. Forward and rewind never worked. I think this will need to have the old belt cleaned and a new belt installed. The cabinet has some light scratches. The manual has some creases. The box has a heavy puncture on one face, as pictured. There is no original Styrofoam. This will be shipped double boxed.
