It is tested and works perfectly (see video). The video was too long for eBay so we had to edit out the laser disc insertion and playing, but kept the CD since the CD tray is the most common issue with these units if they are malfunctioning, but this one both trays work and it plays both laserdisc and CDs perfectly. Nakamichi CP-1 Cassette and cd player work. Please see video. The only issue with the cd player is that it ejects but won’t stay out. So you just have to put your cd in and it will go back into the system and start playing. Otherwise everything is great. Cd player and cassette player media and rw/ff Change tracks,ect.
