Marantz model 2220B 120v 50/60 HZ 130W made in JAPAN. Has been cleaned, volume cleaned inside. 5 New lamps installed. All original Marantz parts. Comes with original plastic front plate cover (see picture #1). Unit has been tested. All selection ports (Axu,tape monitor phono) have been tested. This unit is in excellent condition cosmetically showing little ware. It is in working order, but not serviced professionally. The front plate is like mint (no damage). Marantz Model 2220B Vintage Stereo Receiver Silver Face Classic Audio Component
This has been in my family since new tested and plays music on all speakers ports in the back the light up the left box didn’t come on and maybe the dial has a light out but lights up in the middle and the needle lights up no issues other than that, I am 55 and my parents bought this new and been in their attic well over 30 years wrapped in plastic bag and stored in a box .. sounds amazing but since they passed away we sold the home and came across a lot of vintage home audio. I am listing a in the box record player and some other stuff as well I am not a resale person buyer will pay for actual shipping regardless of eBay over or under pricing.. please see other auction to see a 1970’ record player in the box with all factory parts and owners manuals time capsule..

Marantz 2220 2220B 2225 Phono Rebuild Kit P400 / P900 Board Receiver Recap Set
Up for sale here is this phono board rebuild set for a Marantz 2220, 2220B, or 2225. This is all the parts you need to rebuild a Marantz 2220 P900 phono board, a Marantz 2220B P400 phono board, or a Marantz 2225 P400 phono board. Over time the phono boards start developing issues with transistors and capacitors, and often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes replacements for all 7 electrolytic & tantalum capacitors, as well as replacements for the six transistors. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are Nichicon PW and Nichicon KL caps at the same uf ratings and the same or improved voltage ratings, and the transistors are Onsemi KSC1815Y, which are the correct subs for the original transistors. These are the same parts I use when I rebuild Marantz gear. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but rebuilding a board is at least mildly complicated, and you should know what you’re doing and have a decent soldering iron.
