This tuner DOES WORK,however,there are 2 issues with it. First,the signal strength LED’S are not working. Secondly, this tuner does not go into stereo mode. Both channels work,and the tuner locks on stations, but in mono only. Because of these issues,this is being sold as is,for parts or repair.
