You will receive: Seven (7) snap-in 360° warm white LED fuse lamps (for the tuning dial and meter) Four (4) 6.3v 40ma bi-pin incandescent bulbs for the source lights and stereo lightOne (1) 8v 40ma bi-pin incandescent bulb for the 4CH light One (1) wired 8v 50ma 4mm incandescent bulb for the tuning needle These are top-quality bulbs, and are the exact same ones I use when I rebuild Marantz gear. These are top-of-the-line lights–I love using them! The new 360° fuse lamps are WAY better than the regular 3-LED fuse lamps. You will need a soldering iron, wire cutters, needlenose pliers, and a Philips screwdriver. Be very careful not to damage the tuning dial cord when you’re soldering! If you wrap the dial cord in aluminum foil ahead of time, that will help protect it. If you want this kit with cool blue snap-in LED fuse lamps instead, I have that kit available here. Vintage Epicure EPI 4″ Midrange 8 ohm Speaker for Magnus 12 or 1200
Vintage Epicure EPI 4″ Midrange 8 ohm Speaker from Magnus 12. Will also fit the 1200. Condition is used. It is both play tested and meter tested and is working as it should. Has great clear sound. Measures 5-1/4″ outer diameter, 4-5/8″ hole to hole across, 1-1/5″ deep plus another 1/4″ for lip. Overall, it looks really good. There is a stain on the cone. Recap Kit – EPI 240 A240 Epicure Speakers New MPT Polypropylene Film Capacitors
Up for sale here is this recap kit for a pair of EPI (Epicure) 240 or A240 speakers. This will let you completely recap two (2) of these EPI speakers. These are brand new Supertech MPT (metallized polypropylene film) capacitors, which are super-high-quality and will sound nice and clear. There are two 16 uf 250v caps, one for each speaker. The old caps are pretty bad by this point, but these new film caps will get your speakers singing again! These are fairly easy to install as long as you know what you’re doing. You will need a decent soldering iron, solder, a Philips screwdriver, wire cutters, and a hot glue gun or rubber cement to aid in mounting the caps. Please see my pictures for details.
