I DO NOT have a converter to test the TV. I did plug it in and it seemed to turn on anyway. There was a green line moving across the screen. The top/left of the outside plastic screen protector has a section that’s broken out. There is a smaller crack on the top of the TV. The antenna plastic wire covering has a few cracks in it but the wire is still intact. See pics for details (there’s close-up pics of all of these). Very cool, old RCA portable TV! Ships quick!
