Sounds great, woofer works and sounds great, although it does need a need new surround (rubber) or speaker doped. Second picture shows the tear in the surround, about 1 1/2″ long. The voice coil does NOT rub.

One tweeter works fine and one tweeter does not work and most-likely needs a diaphragm replaced. This is a personal item of mine. After talking to Crites it was suggested the tweeter probably stopped working simply from age.
