McIntosh C28 Vintage Preamplifier – Fully Functional – SERVICED –
This is a very nice C28 preamp by McIntosh, this was serviced by a tech last Sept and has not been put into use (aside from testing)… glass front is perfect (no bubbles or cracks), all knobs and feet are present…the original manual is included also. This will be shipped in a McIntosh (C32) shipping box with all the packing and will ship at my cost, free to you.

McIntosh MC-2105, MC-2300, MC-2100 Driver Board PAIR REV2 *NEW PCBs*
REV 2 now available with improved bias diode to heatsink interface! New, hand assembled and tested driver board PCB pair (2x boards) for the McIntosh MC2105, MC2100, or MC2300. The assembly uses high quality components sourced from reputable US retailers (Mouser or Digikey), components include Vishay 1W metal film resistors, Bourns trim pots, Nichicon UFG or UFW electrolytics, TDK ceramic caps, On Semi and Central Semiconductor transistors, solid aluminum heatsink, and upgraded 10W power resistors. The PCB utilizes black FR-4 with white silk-screen lettering and uses ENIG gold surface finish. The pads for connection to the amplifier are 2x sided, an upgrade from the single side of the original. The board has been designed based on the latest McIntosh 044-980 service manual update. Each board is QA tested in a working MC2105 or MC2300 for correct operation before shipment, see images of testing performed in listing for expected THD vs Freq, THD vs Power, IMD, Freq Response, etc. Testing was performed on a restored MC2105. NOTE: the successful installation and use of this board relies on working upstream and downstream components; if your amplifier isn’t currently working, do not expect that the installation of this board will lead to a successful repair. If your amp isn’t working, all upstream and downstream components (including input section circuit board and all output devices) must be checked to ensure they are in working order before installation. For this reason, the boards cannot be guaranteed and are sold as-is. If there are any questions, please ask.
