You are bidding on (1) NOS Wakefield Engineering TO-5 & TO-39 transistor snap-on style flag heat sink; Wakefield part number 296-2-AB. These are the exact heat sinks used by Dynaco, Hafler, and others back in the day. Dynaco part number 767005. High quality, genuine Wakefield Engineering 296-2-AB heat sinks, made in the USA; they are no longer manufactured. Made of copper with a black Ebonol finish. Copper has higher thermal conductivity than aluminum thus is a better choice (if you can find them!) for equipment such as audio amplifiers. Nominal dimensions are 1.250″ W X 0.75″ T X 0.285″ ID. If you are after a period correct solid state look for your boards, here is your chance.
