This Dictograph base unit is an early tube type intercom likely at least 50-75 years old. (Not included are any original satellite speakers which would have been controlled by the master control/base unit) I got it working by simply connecting a bare speaker that I had laying around. (not included). Tested, and does work but has a buzz. I don't know what is the cause of the buzz. Might be a faulty ground. The two outer knobs are not original. But they function well and look right. No others like this model are found on Ebay so it must be very rare.
