They all power on properly as they should and appear to pick up signals but I don't know how to operate these old scanners so I'm not sure if they are 100% operational or not. The Patrolman 50 needs a new dial string as the dial does not move when the knob is turned however it powers on nicely and all other functions appear to work properly as they should.
