NOS - Peerless CT 62 Poly Cone Tweeter - 4ohm Version New Old Stock (NOS). These are no longer in production. Available while supplies last.This paper cone tweeter is a good replacement tweeter that fits many brands and models. Commonly used in McIntosh and TONS more vintage speakers. Also be used to replace the Peerless MT 20 HFC tweeter.Notes from McIntosh: - The 4, 8 ohm and 16 ohm tweeters can be used interchangeably in the ML systems despite the difference in impedance. Use these tweeters were used in the McIntosh ML-1C, ML-2C, ML-2M, ML-4C, ML-4M and ML-10C. The positive terminal is indicated by a red insulating washer.Dimensions:Outside Diameter: 2.3/8″ Square Cutout Diameter: 2.125″ Mounting Depth: 1.31″ We could not find specs for the 4ohm so these are the 8ohm version specs: CT 62 H 62 CT 13 40 PPB FF 8 ohm - Order ID: 801730 Small cone tweeter with ferrofluid. This tweeter removes all doubts about using a cone tweeter in hi-fi systems. The voice coil is cooled and damped by magnetic oil, and this viscous damping eliminates the rise in resonance. The impedance curve is nearly linear and it is therefore very easy to make cross overs for this speaker. An absolute excellent tweeter for use in smaller hi-fi systems especially as tweeter in satellites.
