Up for sale here is this recap kit for a pair of Advent "Indoor/Outdoor Mini Advent" speakers. This will let you completely recap two (2) of these Advent speakers. These are brand new Supertech MPT (metallized polypropylene film) capacitors, which are super-high-quality and will sound nice and clear. There are two 3 uf 250v caps, one of each for each speaker. The old caps are pretty bad by this point, but these new film caps will get your speakers singing again! If you're not sure which model of Advents you have, please open up one speaker and take a look at the crossover to be sure this is the correct kit for you. If you see one 3 uf cap in the crossover, you're good. There are a number of similar Advent speakers that are not the same as these. These are fairly easy to install as long as you know what you're doing. You will need a decent soldering iron, solder, a Philips screwdriver, wire cutters, and a hot glue gun or rubber cement to aid in mounting the caps. The new caps are a little larger than the old caps because they are much higher quality. I have shown a picture of what a crossover looks like with the new cap installed, but there is no crossover included, just the two caps.
