New old stock in sealed box. Quad 12019 phono module for Quad 33 preamp. This stuff is original only once To clarify . You will receive factory sealed Quad Box and not the example pictured from the open box and probably used by dealer. I just used it is as an example of the board. In addition to 1209 I have 2 open box 12035.5 modules and 2 x 1207.3 modules which might or might not have been used.
